"I’m interested in our changing relationships with the urban and suburban environment and the ways in which we adapt and find meaning.
I share my vision of the commonplace by making photographs of landscapes, objects and portraits - intuitively looking for visual interest, irony, and beauty.
I have been making and exhibiting photographs in the New England area since the late 70’s. As a student of Art and Photography I have studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, New England School of Photography, Maine Photo Workshops, New Hampshire Institute of Art and Lightsong Studio among others. My work has been shown in many local venues including Duxbury Art Complex, New Hampshire Institute of Art, True Grit Art Gallery, and the Duxbury Art Association. While I subscribe to the idea that art is best made in your own backyard, I have extensive bodies of work from New Orleans and NYC."
