During this time of isolation, I find life moving slow and fast at the same time. I started thinking of games people can play by themselves. Solitaire came to mind, then building a house of cards was next! I thought of how long it takes to build, and then how fast it falls. I had made some sketches of cards, and thought about animals creating these structures. Actually creating this took some time using micron pens for stippling. I find the texture that it makes to be intriguing, and mesmerizing.
